The only nice thing about this hotel is the location. The reception staff is not helpful and not listening to guests. The choice of breakfast is very poor.

The very best of a 4 stars hotel:) Service is excellent, room is outstanding and breakfast is very very good. Easy to find the hotel, nearby metro.Right in the "heart of Milan".

This hotel has a great location close to Duomo and the shops and an easy access to the metro system. Stayed here before some 10-20 years ago and I think it was in better shape then, may be even a five star accommodation. Now it should need a renovation. Our room was small and the carpet was worn and smelly. Luckyly we were able to open the window for fresh air. The shower room was excellent, one rain shower on top and two normal ones in front. The whole bath room was roomy and very elegant. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment.

Absolutely perfect reception accommodation, even though we had a problem in our booking, because of the mediate travel agency ("Tourico Holidays, Inc."), which - as they told us -never notify the hotel of any booking ! Nice, kind and very helpfull staff, perfect breakfast and clean room with a coffe/tea maker and an everyday complimentary bottle of water. Thank you for your cosy and warm hospitality, sure, we'll see you again!
