The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.

Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

the hotel was clean the food was wonderful but this is let down by some staff who are downright rude they have no communication skills do they have customer service training in holland? never the less this is the second time i have been to HEM Hotel and i would go back again because of the price.

Nice hotel, not so far from city center (about 45min by foot or 10min by tram). Very good brakfast.

No traffic noise, but TV-noise comes from neighbour rooms. Excellent breakfast. At my room the bath room was old and small (not user friendly). Check-in was possible only after 2PM. Not far from tram 2 stop.

The room was a bit elapsed but it didn´t bother us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. It is a bit far from downtown but quite easily reachable by tram.

the food for breakfast was nice, tasty and planty of it, but in our room we stayed we could not open the window, there was just an air conditioning so we missed fresh air during the nigth. but hotel is situated in a nice quiet area

Hotel can be more in the centre.(the way from Station Centraal about 18min.) The rooms were clean, with free and pay TV. Breakfasts were very good. Check in starts at 2 p.m. early it is possible but only for 25 EUR. Service was ok.

the rooms were large and confortable the breakfasts were good for amsterdam the hotel is situated outside amsterdam a bit but there is a good tram link close by which you can use to get in and out of the city.

Rooms basic but satisfactory. Service very good.Morning breakfast very nice.Location ok ,we would have preferred a more centre city location.
