The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

L'hotel Moncloa era chiuso e ci anno spostati nel Husa Princesa che da internet risulta 5 Stelle ma in realtà è un 4 Stelle. Reception non multilingua e poco accogliente. Struttura nuova e pulita, buona la dislocazione (metro vicina e a poche centinaia di metri da Piazza di Spagna). Ottima la prima colazione e il rapporto qualità prezzo)

Hotel located conveniently, staff was nice but knowledge of English sometimes was a barrier.
Breakfast was good but overpriced.
No question also that this hotel needs renovation.

More like a 3-star, however, connected to 4-5 star hotel and you may use all their facilities. The location was fantastic - close to metro. Starbucks on the corner was handy for coffee, pastry in the morning. This area of Madrid is upscale residential, shopping. Good shopping, non-touristy restaurants on the back streets close by. Safe - good vibes.

Hotel was fine only couple of minor points that let it down: for a four star one would expect tea/ coffee making facilities in the room; it states that the windows are hermatically sealed to reduce noise - doesn't work! I know we were in the city centre but the lack of sound proofing would seriously put me off staying here again. Also breakfast was served in the adjoing Husa Princessa and upon arrival the buffet looked great, however all the plates and supposedly hot food were freezing cold!!

An excellent location. Good clear rooms and friendly staff. Linked to a 5 star hotel so can access their bars and facilities. Breakfarst expensive at 19 euro if not included in price but there is a starbucks next door.

This hotel is very nice: reasonable price, quite close to the center, big rooms, clean. I also liked the gym, and the small swimming pull (free for the guests). Though, there was one problem: the room we had, smelled from smoke of cigarettes, and it bothered us a lot (we hate cigarettes and the smell of it). They tried to perfume the air, but it didn’t help.. Despite that, I recommend.

Large rooms but our view was terrible (wall), a strange noise during the night and the noise of the traffic of course. The reason why we booked the hotel was the swimming pool but it was closed because it needed maintenance...
Very friendly staff however and the breakfast was nice. The breakfast room would be nicer if they would remove the curtains.... The hotel is very close to metro station Argüelles.

Reception very helpful - on checkin and re local buses, trips etc
Rooms were lovely, spacious well equipped.
Hotel bar - great and always open.
Food options in hotel - ok - from basic, unimaginative tapas tovery expensive restaurnat in sister hotel.
Location was a little bit out of the city but good transport links made getting ito the centre easy.
Il Porte Ingles right beside hotel for emergency supplies!
we had a great time.
