Hotel was very nice the rooms were very clean and tidy. Hotel is very central. The only bad thing was the noise inside the hotel at a very early hour (5am), when people was coming back from there night out. Other than that i would recommend this hotel to a friend.

great hotel,great location for bars and restaurants,great breakfast,lovely spot in Birmingham,only thing is the parking cost £18 for 24hours at the mailbox but we new that before we went and didn't mind paying,will use again,hopefully at the end of September,worth every penny,,LOVED IT

Excellent city centre hotel and outstanding value for money. Spacious, clean and efficient. Great location, less than 10 minutes from station, Symphony Hall and the NIA. We'd certainly use it again.

Staff nice & very helpful. Breakfast excellent but evening meal very poor. Excellent location on the canal and lots of restruants & bars to choose from. Only a 5 minute walk from New Street Train station, so handy for transport to the airport.

I needed a hotel for a 1-night stay in Birmingham, close to the NIA (attending a concert). Ramada fulfilled all the criteria I needed - it was central, short walking distance to the venue, very clean. I would recommend it to anybody.
