on the negitive side hard to get parking space only 7 when we came in from a night out won't open bar for a drink even though a lot of guest asked for it on the + side done us proud with the room and the breakfast is great

restricted car parking only 7 spaces cant reserve a space only other parking is main st which you need to pay for. rooms good but on the small side and cant smoke in them breakfast first class
